If any newly purchased item is defective - notify us within 30 days at 800 683 5600 from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM EST. Give us your receipt # and we'll diagnose the problem over the phone and if it's an unfixable problem we'll either issue an UPS call ticket and pickup the shipping charges or we'll have a technician pick up the part and UPS overnight you a new one - all free to you!
